考核怎么进行? How Performance Reviews Work
老板每年(或每季度)评估您的工作 — 决定加薪和晋升
Your boss reviews your work yearly (or quarterly) — this drives raises and promotions
年度考核 (大部分公司)Annual Review (most companies)
通常在年底或员工入职周年Usually at year-end or work anniversary
老板写评语 → 您看并签字 → 决定加薪 1–5%。准备时间约 2 周。

B, D, F are vague self-claims anyone could make. Every win should answer "what I did + the measurable result."

即使您表现好,预算冻结了 — 提了反而让老板尴尬。Even if you're a star, budgets are frozen. Asking now hurts the relationship.
💡 至少做满一年才提加薪 — 工作 6 个月就要求,会被认为太早。💡 Wait at least one year on the job before asking — under 6 months looks premature.
用书面方式预约 1-on-1:「我想谈谈我的职业发展,30 分钟方便吗?」不要在公开场合或老板正忙时突然提出。Book a 1-on-1 in writing: "I'd like to discuss my career growth — do you have 30 minutes?" Never ambush them or ask in public.

「谢谢您过去这一年的指导 — 我学到很多。」"Thank you for your guidance this year — I've learned a lot."
② 成绩 · 列三件大事Results · 3 specific wins
「过去 12 个月,我培训了 2 名新员工、改进了流程每周省 5 小时、6 个月零请假。」"Over the past 12 months, I trained 2 new hires, improved a process saving 5 hours/week, and had 6 months of perfect attendance."
③ 请求 · 明确数字 (5-8%)Ask · Specific number (5-8%)
「基于这些成绩,我想请您考虑把我的时薪从 $20 调到 $22 — 也想听听您对我下一步成长的建议。」"Based on these results, I'd like to ask about an increase from $20 to $22 an hour — and hear what you'd suggest for my next step."
🗣️ 关键词:「考虑」、「建议」、「请教」 — 让老板感觉是合作,不是要挟。🗣️ Key words: "consider", "suggest", "ask your advice" — sounds collaborative, not demanding.
如果老板说「现在不行」— 问:「那我应该做哪些事情,下次才能加薪?」把答复变成下一次的承诺。If the answer is "not now" — ask: "What would I need to show by next time?" Turn the "no" into a written path forward.

"Good morning." "How was your weekend?" One sentence is enough. Just make sure your boss sees and hears you every day.
主动帮忙Volunteer
有人请假?多一个项目?说「我可以做」Coworker out? Extra project? Say "I can help"
每月多做 1–2 件小事 — 老板会记得。但不要全部包揽,会被认为太软弱。
Take on 1–2 extra things a month. Bosses remember. But don't take on everything — that looks like you can't say no.
说到做到Reliability
答应了就完成 · 出问题先告诉老板Deliver what you promise · Flag problems early
交期前完成最好 — 做不到立刻告诉老板,给替代方案。这比按时但不说强百倍。
Finish before the deadline when you can. If you can't, tell your boss early with an alternative — better than silent missed deadlines.
⚠️ 不要在同事中抱怨老板 — 在小公司,话会传到老板耳里。问题直接和老板谈。⚠️ Don't complain about your boss to coworkers — in small workplaces it gets back. Raise problems directly with the boss.
英语不太好?没关系 — 准时、可靠、有数字证明的人到处受欢迎。语言会慢慢进步。English not perfect? It's OK. People who are punctual, reliable, and show measurable results are valued everywhere. Language improves over time.
